We became "an item" in April and haven't looked back since in 8 months. She had met up with a few people from your site and was on the point of giving up when she had a last chance with me. We had a wonderful holiday together in August - we were looking forward to it so much but it far exceeded our best hopes! Since then I've met her family and many of her friends and got on so well with them. We're due to spend Christmas and New Year together and if all goes well one of us won't be going home as it were.

I'm writing to say a big thank you to Classic FM. As a widower in his 70s, I didn't hold out much hope of finding "the one"... And then I met someone. A widow in similar circumstances! And after half a dozen dates I realised I'd found an actual soulmate!! And local, too. And it was reciprocated! How's lucky can you get? That was over a year ago and we're still going strong together. So the moral of my story is: don't give up.
